Inês Castro Moreira

I graduated in 2019 from Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Faculdade de Direito – Escola do Porto. Alongside my academic background, I was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in September 2023, having completed my traineeship at PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados – Law Firm, where I currently practice law. Throughout this period, I had the opportunity to engage with several areas of law, namely Litigation and Arbitration, Criminal and Regulatory Offences, Commercial and Contracts, as well as Competition & EU Law. This interdisciplinary exposure enabled me to develop strong professional skills that I consider highly valuable. Currently, I am integrated in the Competition & EU department, where I am actively involved in drafting procedural documents and legal opinions, as well as participating in various legal proceedings, particularly pre-trial hearings and trial sessions.
