1st IBERIAN CARPOLOGY MEETING

In the 22 and 23 of June 2017 the 1st Iberian Carpology Meeting will be held in Porto, under the theme "The use of plants by human communities in the Iberian Peninsula - carpologic perspectives".
In the 25 years of A. R. Pinto da Silva’s death, this event will be a tribute to this important researcher who had a crucial role in the development of Portuguese carpology.
In this conference, there will be 13 oral presentations, one poster and a final debate that will be particularly relevant to discuss the state of the art of Iberian carpology and Archaeobotany.
