I am a biologist based at the University of Oxford (Palaeogenomics & Bio-Archaeology Research Network) and have a double affiliation with CIBIO-InBIO. My current research focuses on using Ancient DNA from archaeological specimens to investigate how humans and the environment shaped the genome of species. I am currently working on a wide range of questions on domestication, animal introductions, local adaptation, speciation, and host-parasite co-evolution, with a particular focus on the European rabbit.
