Mytigal - Biological and environmental risks for the cultivation of Mytilus galloprovincialis within climate change scenario

This project focus on the effects of climate changes on the economically important mussel farming industry in Galicia, Spain. It will monitor the eco-physiological and metabolic responses of cultivated mussels as new competitor species arise and as the environment experiences physical and chemical alterations, thus determining the economic impact for growing mussels in a context of climate change.
