Microbiology recipes: antibiotics à la carte
A Junior University Summer Project
Microbiology recipes: antibiotics à la carte is a laboratory-based summer project addressing antibiotic resistance and natural antibiotics, implemented in the scope of Porto’s Junior University.
During a full week, high school students (15-17 years old) are invited to work at a laboratory and engage in various hands-on activities.
The project is promoted by the Faculty of Sciences and coordinated by Fernando Tavares (FCUP & CIBIO-InBIO), Maria João Fonseca (CIBIO-InBIO) e Catarina L. Santos (ICVS/3B’s).
